Your mission
- Employee Support: Act as the main point of contact for all employees regarding employment-related questions.
- External HR Interfaces: Manage correspondence with external, country-specific HR stakeholders and partners.
- Data & Systems Management: Maintain and update our HR database and time tracking systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Process Documentation: Document HR processes and account for country-specific requirements and nuances.
- Scheduling & Administration: Coordinate and monitor deadlines, and prepare employment certificates and other official documents.
- Recruiting & Projects: Support recruitment activities and contribute to HR-related projects with a hands-on approach.
