Your mission
As a key member of our HR team, you’ll be the go-to person for all employee-related matters and ensure smooth coordination of HR processes across EMEA. You’ll bring structure, clarity, and a people-first mindset to everything you do.
  • Employee Support: Act as the main point of contact for all employees regarding employment-related questions.
  • External HR Interfaces: Manage correspondence with external, country-specific HR stakeholders and partners.
  • Data & Systems Management: Maintain and update our HR database and time tracking systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Process Documentation: Document HR processes and account for country-specific requirements and nuances.
  • Scheduling & Administration: Coordinate and monitor deadlines, and prepare employment certificates and other official documents.
  • Recruiting & Projects: Support recruitment activities and contribute to HR-related projects with a hands-on approach.
Your profile
You bring a service-oriented mindset and a structured, proactive approach to your work. Ideally, you have:
  • Background & Experience
    A completed commercial apprenticeship and initial experience in HR or a comparable role—preferably in an international environment.
  • Digital Confidence
    Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint and Teams.
  • System Familiarity
    First-hand experience with HR software tools such as ATOSS or Personio is a plus.
  • Language Skills
    Strong Polish and German skills, both written and spoken — as well as english. Additional languages are a bonus.
  • Working Style & Personality
    A service-driven attitude, a reliable and discreet demeanor, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. You’re flexible, communicative, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
