- Data & Systems Management: Maintain and update our HR database and time tracking systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Process Documentation: Document HR processes and account for country-specific requirements and nuances.
- Scheduling & Administration: Coordinate and monitor deadlines and prepare employment certificates and other official documents.
- Recruiting & Projects: Support recruitment activities and contribute to HR-related projects with a hands-on approach.

- Background & Experience: A completed commercial apprenticeship and initial experience in HR or a comparable role—preferably in an international environment.
- Digital Confidence: Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint and Teams.
- System Familiarity: First-hand experience with HR software tools such as ATOSS or Personio is a plus.
- Language Skills: Strong English and German skills, both written and spoken — other additional languages are a plus.
- Working Style & Personality: A service-driven attitude, a reliable and discreet demeanor, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. You’re flexible, communicative, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
