As an IT/OT Network Administrator with a focus on Cisco LAN technologies, you will ensure the stability, security, and performance of our corporate and industrial network environments. You will work across both IT and OT domains, supporting critical production systems and contributing to the continuous improvement of our infrastructure.
- Network Monitoring & Reliability: Continuously monitor LAN and WLAN infrastructure with professional monitoring platforms such as OPManager and SolarWinds, analyze performance trends, identify anomalies, and initiate preventive or corrective actions to maintain high availability in production environments.
- Infrastructure Management: Design, configure, and maintain Cisco-based network components, including Catalyst switches, industrial Ethernet switches, wireless controllers, and access points, while ensuring configurations follow internal standards and best practices.
- OT Network Support: Operate, support, and maintain IT/OT network infrastructures leveraging technologies such as MST, HRSP, and multicast, providing stable and resilient network connectivity for industrial communication protocols including PROFINET, Modbus/TCP, and EtherNet/IP.
- Project Participation: Contribute to network deployment and modernization projects, including hardware rollouts, network design, segmentation initiatives, and security improvements.
- 3rd-Level Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level support for complex network issues, working closely with IT, OT, and production teams to ensure system stability and minimal downtime.
