Your mission
As an
IT/OT Network Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our corporate and industrial network infrastructure. Your role will include:
- System Monitoring & Maintenance: You proactively monitor system performance and take preventive or corrective action as needed to ensure optimal operation.
- Infrastructure Management: You design, update, and implement configurations for the existing network infrastructure while following established procedures.
- Project Participation: You contribute to network deployment projects, including design, installation, and configuration of network components.
- Technical Support: You provide 3rd-level support for network infrastructure in a corporate production environment, troubleshooting issues and ensuring system stability.
Your profile
We are looking for a motivated professional with a strong background in IT and OT networks, as well as cybersecurity. Ideally, you bring the following skills and experience:
- Relevant Qualifications: You have completed IT training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or possess equivalent qualifications. Applications from professionals with a strong IT/OT affinity are also welcome.
- IT & Network Administration Experience: You have 2 - 5 years of experience in IT/OT network administration and a solid understanding of network principles and architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: You are proficient in Cisco network technologies, particularly in network security, and have experience with LAN/WLAN design, support, and expansion. You are familiar with OT networks, including TCP/IP field bus systems and relevant protocols.
- Certifications: A Cisco CCNA and/or CCNP certification is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Microsoft Defender for OT is a plus.
- ITSM & Monitoring Tools: You have hands-on experience with ticketing systems (preferably ServiceNow) and monitoring tools such as OP-Manager.
- Analytical Skills: You understand the importance of KPIs and can analyze and report key performance metrics effectively.
- Customer Service & Communication: You have excellent communication skills and a strong service-oriented mindset.
- Motivated & Independent: You take initiative, and can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility: You are open to occasional business travel as required.
- Language Skills: You are fluent in English (written and spoken). Additional language skills are a plus.
