Your mission
Activities include but are not limited to:
- Asset Management: Managing device hand-out and retrieval via ticketing system, documenting asset locations in internal databases, conducting monthly inventory checks to ensure all devices are accounted for and overseeing asset disposal processes.
- Logistics and Stockroom Maintenance: Handling asset deliveries and preparing shipment of devices to customer as well as maintaining an organized stockroom.
- Customer and Vendor Interaction: Coordinating with vendors for support cases and Communicating order status updates with customers.
- Workflow Optimization: Prioritizing tasks for efficient scheduling and preparing welcome packages for new employees.
