As part of our Infrastructure Team, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems as well as:
- Monitoring & Maintenance: You proactively monitor system performance and take preventive or corrective actions to ensure stability and compliance with our internal procedures.
- Infrastructure Design & Strategy: You contribute to the configuration design and update strategy for our existing infrastructure, helping us evolve and scale efficiently.
- Deployment & Implementation: You actively participate in deployment projects, including server installation and configuration, ensuring smooth rollouts and minimal disruption.
- 3rd Level Support: You provide expert-level support in our corporate production environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex infrastructure issues.
What makes you a good fit
You bring a strong technical foundation and a passion for secure, reliable infrastructure. Ideally, you have:
- Security & Systems Expertise: A high affinity for data and system security, with a solid understanding of Microsoft Windows Server technologies and server hardware.
- Virtualization & Data Management: Hands-on experience with VMware (v6.7–8.0) and practical knowledge of data management tools—ideally Backup Exec 23.
- Cloud & OT Technologies: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS, and experience working with Microsoft Defender for OT.
- Networking Know-How: A good grasp of network principles and practical experience with OT networks, including TCP/IP field bus systems and relevant protocols.
- Infrastructure & Mobility: Experience in installing, configuring, managing, and administering network infrastructure (firewalls, routers, switches, wireless)—CCNA-level knowledge is a plus. You’re also flexible and open to occasional business travel.
- Communication Skills: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to collaborate effectively in an international environment. As well as in the Polish language.
