Your Daily Business

As part of our Infrastructure Team, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems as well as:

Infrastructure Operations & Evolution: You ensure stable operation of our infrastructure and contribute to its ongoing evolution and scalability.
Deployment & Implementation: You actively participate in deployment projects, including server installation and configuration, ensuring smooth rollouts and minimal disruption.
3rd Level Support: You provide expert-level support in our corporate production environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex infrastructure issues.

What makes you a good fit

You bring a strong technical foundation and a passion for secure, reliable infrastructure. Ideally, you have:

Security & Systems Expertise: You have 2 - 5 years of experience in system security, with a solid understanding of Microsoft Windows Server technologies and server hardware.
Virtualization & Data Management: Hands-on experience with VMware (v6.7–8.0) and practical knowledge of data management tools—ideally Backup Exec 23.
Cloud & OT Technologies: Highly knowledge of cloud services, server & virtual server topographies and you are familiar with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS, and experience working with Microsoft Defender for OT.
Networking Know-How: A good grasp of network principles and practical experience with OT networks, including TCP/IP field bus systems and relevant protocols. You also have experience of configuration, management, and administration of network services: e.g., DHCP, DNS, IP Address Management, VPNs, Syslog, NTP. You’re familiar with network and server monitoring tools as OpManager or Solarwinds.
Infrastructure & Mobility: Experience in installing, configuring, managing, and administering network infrastructure (firewalls, routers, switches, wireless)—CCNA-level knowledge is a plus. You’re familiar with IP & virtualn networking design. You’re also flexible and open to occasional business travel.
Communication Skills: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to collaborate effectively in an international environment. As well as in the Polish language.
